Situated at the foothils of the Dandenongs, many of the 137,000 inhabitants of the City of Knox enjoy a beautiful view on the green forests growing on the slopes of the Dandenong Ranges. </p> <p>The City was Knox was named after Sir George Knox who had settled in Scoresby as an orchardist after the fist world war.
